The Sikeston Depot Museum  is located at 116 West Malone Ave in Historic Downtown Sikeston

From Interstate 55 take exit 68. Follow Malone Avenue due west for 3 1/2 miles.

From US Hwy 60 take US Hwy 61 North (Main Street) 2 miles to Malone Ave.  Turn west on Malone for 3/4 miles.
